Most commonly marketed 'memory formulas' demonstrate
a lack of understanding of basic brain chemistry, and often end up only
weakening the memory of the user rather than strengthening it...
Memorin+ is an Advanced Cerebral Nutraceutical
Dietary Supplement which is specifically complementary to neural-brain
function. Memorin+ supplies the extra essential nutrients which are known
to stimulate memory recall and retrieval functions of the brain.
Since immediate, recent, and long term memory are
easier to sustain when nutritional needs have been met, Memorin+ is unique
by pinpointing and addressing the nutritional needs within the memory
pathways of the brain, the areas where much of an individual's cognitive
(learning-thinking-remembering) processes take place. Memorin+
nutritionally supplies the neurotransmitting procedures with the resources
it needs to efficiently shunt information between different expressive and
receptive areas of the brain.
The Nutraceutical ingredients within this formula
are known to be the necessary nutritional precursors to brain and "memory"
neurotransmitters, vital neural chemicals, which, if in short supply, will
have a disastrous effect on memory since cognitive information will not be
transmitted from one "processing area" of the brain to another. In
particular, this Advanced Nutraceutical aids the natural brain-processes
of L-Phenylalanine and L-Tyrosine, which are the major nutritional
precursors for Norepinephrine, a neurotransmitter which is also involved
in primitive memory formation and learning. Both Dopamine and
Norepinephrine are chemically related, and can be converted into each
other through the brain's biochemistry, and both must be present for
neural-dendrite growth to proceed for new learning to occur.
GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric Acid), a nonprotein free
form amino acid which acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter within the
brain, protects against over-excitation of the neural thoroughfares, while
L-Glutamine (GAM) acts as an excitatory agent stimulating neural receptor
sites and enabling deep processing of information to take place, critical
for long term memory enhancement. These two neurotransmitters are
necessary to ensure an appropriate neurochemical tension of "checks and
balances" within the neural network.
Memorin+ also supplies DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol),
a free-radical chain transfer agent believed to specifically slow down the
formation of lipofuscin age pigment within the neural network of the
Central Nervous System, as well as slow the formation of other possible
contaminants such as the other well known age pigments: ceroid (which
accumulates in the liver) and amyloid (which is known to attack the CNS of
Alzheimer's victims).
Lipofuscin itself has been shown to accumulate in
the brain and nerve cells, killing off neurons by inhibiting dendrite
expansion by blocking the flow of vital nutrients from within nerve cells.
Lipofuscin may be related, as a precursor, to amyloid formations (yet
another toxic pigment formed as the residues of failed autoimmune attacks)
found to be inappropriately inhabiting and eventually killing off the
neural cells of Alzheimer's victims. Lipofuscin age pigment forms
especially rapidly in the dopamine-dependent tracts of the brain, plugging
these pathways up and inhibiting Dopamine to act. Dopamine is a
neurotransmitter which affects sexuality, locomotion, mood, tissue growth
and repair. Encephalitis lethargica or sleeping sickness, Parkinson's
Disease and Catatonia in Schizophrenia are known to be correlated with low
Dopamine populations within the brain. Interestingly, Dopamine populations
also decline with age as lipofuscin increases. Thus lipofuscin appears to
both directly and indirectly inhibit Dopamine production and transmission.
Dopamine also falls prey to autoxidation, producing free radicals and
hydrogen peroxide which damage dopaminergic nerve receptors.
PARENTHETIC WARNING: Common sense suggests that
ingesting hydrogen peroxide in any form as a dietary supplement of any
kind is likely dangerous, therefore, promoting dopamine receptor damage
throughout the Central Nervous System.
Memorin+ also contains Ginkgo Biloba, which also
appears to provide protection from free radical damage, lipid autoxidation
and hypoxia (insufficient oxygen), and increase memory function. Obviously
with the formations of these age pigments, the brain's chemical messengers
are thwarted and cognition is reduced logarithmically (i.e., increasing
rapidly) over time. DMAE and Ginkgo Biloba act to reduce age pigment
formations such as lipofuscin and amyloid, cleaning them out of the
system, allowing neural tissue to remain unencumbered, and Dopamine to be
used efficiently. Additionally, Ginkgo Biloba and OptiZinc® are strong and
powerful antioxidants which help keep Dopamine from being oxidized into
hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radicals which damage dopamine receptors.
By properly regarding the nutritional requirements
of the brain with a strong complement of Advanced Cerebral Nutraceuticals,
as does Memorin+, the powers of the brain are naturally and nutritionally
protected from age and progressive loss of concentration, while memory is
enhanced and cognitive processing more effectively heightened, focused and
secured.
Memorin+ has also been found useful when
complementing a physician's care for neural-growth activity of those
suffering from impaired memory, or when experiencing attenuation of neural
activity resulting from poor nutrition, cellular deterioration, insult,
trauma or stroke, loss of memory, diminution of senses (smell, sight,
hearing), absent mindedness, forgetfulness and mental lethargy,
inattentiveness, cerebral anemia and senile dementia.
Memorin+ is not to be ingested before retiring, or
if one is intending to sleep within 3 hours after ingestion as Memorin+
will tend to keep you alert.
